Bespoke / Made-to-Order Delivery – £4.99

As the majority of our pieces are handmade to order, bespoke items require a production period before they are dispatched.

Our current bespoke turnaround will be clearly stated at the time of ordering and may be:

3–10 working days
7–14 working days
7–21 working days during particularly busy periods

The turnaround applicable to your order will be advised at checkout. If you are unsure which timeframe applied when you placed your order, please refer to your order confirmation.

Please note that these timeframes are the time required for your bespoke piece to be made in-house and dispatched.

IN-STOCK UK DELIVERY

The following delivery options apply to in-stock, ready-to-dispatch items only:

UK Standard Delivery – £3.99 (3–5 working days)
UK Premium Delivery – £5.99 (1–2 working days)
UK Next Day Delivery – £8.99 (next working day when ordered before 3pm)
UK Saturday Delivery – £9.99 (order before 3pm Friday)
FREE Standard Delivery on UK orders over £100 (3–5 working days)
