Return policy: BESPOKE/MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS.


We hope you love your purchase from us.

We accept returns on items that are unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition, free from stains, odours, makeup, perfume, or tanning products.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Please note: bespoke made in-house pieces are non-refundable. However, they are eligible for:

• Exchange

• Store credit / gift card

• Free alterations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unsuitable for resale. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please keep proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

To request a return, email info@cthelabels.co.uk with your full name and order number. Once approved, we will provide the return address and further details.

Returns are processed within 3–5 working days. Store credit/gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue

SWIMWEAR AND BODYSUITS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.

Once an order is placed, under no circumstances can it be cancelled, changed or edited.
