RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We hope you love your CTHELABELS order. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All bespoke and made-to-order pieces are individually produced to order. For this reason, bespoke and made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.

Please ensure you are happy with your chosen item, size and details before placing your order.

Where appropriate, we may offer complimentary alterations to your bespoke piece. Please contact us at info@cthelabels.co.uk with your order number and details of the alteration required.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange/gift card only.

 

Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with no signs of wear.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please retain proof of postage.

SWIMWEAR & BODYSUITS

For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned or exchanged if the hygiene seal has been removed or compromised.

RETURNS

To request an eligible return, email info@cthelabels.co.uk with your name and order number. Returns are processed within 3–5 working days of receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

Bespoke/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun.
